Our order preparation time is 1 day. On Mondays (preparations are made by coming back from Saturday to Monday), we ship the orders received until 17.00, except for the same shipping. Our cargo delivery time is also included in the product page.
If the order placed during the shipping hours is delivered on the same day, it may take 1-3 business days depending on the province and district you are in.
It will be a safe proof for you to record the video while your products are unboxed. You should keep a record by contacting the cargo company with the video you took for the damaged product. In case of an incomplete or erroneous situation, the video you have taken will be recorded by requesting you to take the necessary action.
You can buy our products by paying by credit card, money order-eft (with a certain amount of discount) or other e-commerce platforms. Our payment method at the door has been abolished as of 01.12.2022 due to the high commission and cargo fees reflected to our company due to not being at the address during the cargo delivery and not being able to pick it up from the branch afterwards.
