Return and Exchange Conditions


'ringlight.com.tr' de satılan tüm ürünler, üretici olduğumuz için kendi firmamız garantisi altındadır. ringo.com.tr iade işlemlerinde Tüketiciyi Koruma Kanunu çerçevesinde hareket eder. Müşterilerimiz satın aldıkları ürünleri 3 iş günü içinde iade etme hakkına sahiplerdir.

İade etmek için gönderdiğiniz ürünlerde eksiksiz olması gereken öğeleri aşağıda bulabilirsiniz. Bunlardan herhangi birinin eksik olması durumunda ürün iadesi kabul edilememektedir.

  • Ürünün faturası, iade formu, 3 günlük süre içerisinde iade edilecek ürünlerin orijinal kutusu, ambalajı, varsa standart aksesuarları ile birlikte eksiksiz ve hasarsız olarak teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir. Ancak ringlight.com.tr bazı kategorilerinde ürün ve hizmetlerin doğası gereği farklı iade koşulları uygulanabilmektedir. Ürün satın almadan önce genel iade prosedürüne göre farklılık gösteren ürünlerin aşağıda yer alan iade şartları öncelikli olarak geçerlidir.
  • İade etmek istediğiniz ürünlerinizi ürünle ilgili istatistiki çalışma yapılabilmesi için iade sebebinizi bildiren bir not eki ve faturanız ile gönderiniz.
  • If the invoice of the product you want to return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT). Order returns, whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions, cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
  • In cases where any deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
  • In order to start the return process, you need to contact ringlight.com.tr via the contact section or by e-mail.
  • In case the products delivered to ringlight.com.tr are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within 1 to 3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by wire transfer within 1 week at the latest.
  • For malfunctions that may arise after the product reaches the customer, we can also be directed to the relevant places by getting support from us.
  • There is no guarantee that the products purchased and used from ringlight.com.tr will completely satisfy the buyers. For this reason, return requests are not accepted for products that arise from personal dissatisfaction and cannot be resold.

For all purchases made from the ringlight.co m.tr site , the package containing the product must be opened in front of the cargo officer and a report must be kept for missing or damaged products. In applications made with this report, grievances are quickly resolved. As a second method, you can prove yourself by video recording the opening of the package.

As mentioned above, our Return and Exchange procedure is in full compliance with Consumer laws, and all our members who place an order are deemed to have accepted these terms.
